Delivery Policy

Domestic (Malaysia)

• Orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items ordered and delivery destination.
• Free shipping for orders more than RM80
• We use Ninja Van and Aramex for domestic shipping.

 

International Orders

• International shipping is available. However, due to current customs and courier constraints, we are currently only permitted to send to Singapore, Brunei, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand.

• We're working hard to expand our foreign shipping choices. So keep an eye out for updates on our Instagram feed.

• If any additional customs duties, taxes, or other charges are applied, the customer will be responsible for them. You can contact your local customs office for further information.

• Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your order to arrive.
